What’s on the menu?
Tacos, burritos, quesadillas and fresh salads — made fresh daily, with chicken, beef or veggie. And the menu keeps growing: birria, tacos al pastor and our agave bar arrive step by step.
I’m vegetarian — will I leave full?
Absolutely! Every dish comes in a veggie version (with cheese). Fully vegan options like tacos de hongos follow shortly after opening.

Why “Caimán”, anyway?
The caimán is our family mascot: if you know Pizzeria Crocodiles, you know our soft spot for crocodiles. For the taquería, the little brother emigrated to Mexico, so to speak.
